Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility & Timeframe

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition with all tags still attached
• Free from any marks, makeup stains, or odours

Hygiene Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect: underwear, swimwear, and similar intimate apparel.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us by email before sending anything back. Once your return has been acknowledged, please post the item(s) back to us with your original order details included in the parcel (e.g. order number, name, and reason for return).

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty or incorrect (see below). We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Please note:

• The original delivery charge is non-refundable
• We do not offer store credit or gift card refunds

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us by email. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping on all exchanges.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us by email as soon as possible. In this case:

• Return postage will be covered by Autumn Moon Boutique
• A full refund of the item(s) will be issued — the original shipping fee is not included in this refund
• Alternatively, we can offer a replacement. Please note that the faulty or incorrect item must be returned to us first so we can inspect the quality before dispatching a replacement

Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

Availability

All products are subject to availability. In the event that an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternative.
